In short
- No cookie pop‑ups – we don’t use cookies for tracking or marketing.
- No profiling – we don’t build visitor profiles and never sell data.
- Anonymous statistics – we count totals for how the site is used (e.g., clicks on phone/email and external links) without linking it to a person.
- Form data is stored only if you submit it – and is deleted automatically after 2 years (or earlier on request).
Contact and forms
You can contact us by phone or email. When you contact us, we process the data you provide (e.g., name, phone, email, and message content) to respond.
If you use a form on the website, the data you enter (e.g., name, email, phone, message and any attachments) is stored.
Purpose: to handle your inquiry and get back to you.
Retention: form data is deleted automatically after 2 years unless we delete it earlier (e.g., on request).

Spam protection (Turnstile)
To protect forms and stats endpoints from spam and abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile, allowing us to keep things secure without tracking cookies.
Who can access the data?
Only the business has access to inquiries. We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing.
Technical providers (e.g., hosting, email and the admin portal) may process data so the website and contact flow can work.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold, request correction or deletion, and object to certain processing. Contact us and we’ll help.
You can also submit a complaint to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
